OFFWORLD ADVENTURES: CODE OF CONDUCT
Unified Principles for All Participants Across the Galaxy
At Offworld Adventures (OWA), we are committed to co-creating extraordinary experiences in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for all beings involved—whether crew, collaborator, or cosmic traveler. This Code of Conduct outlines our collective responsibilities to uphold integrity, respect, and unity across every mission.
1. RESPECT FOR ALL LIFE FORMS
We honor and value the identities, perspectives, and expressions of all participants regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, cultural background, spiritual beliefs, or species of origin. Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. COMMUNITY FIRST
We are a constellation of creatives, innovators, facilitators, and explorers. Contribute to the collective by being supportive, honest, and communicative. Prioritize collaboration over competition and curiosity over criticism.
3. SAFE ENVIRONMENT
Help us maintain a safe and clean space for all. Physical violence, theft, intoxication, negligence leading to harm, or any conduct endangering others will result in immediate removal and possible permanent banning from future OWA experiences.
4. CONSENT CULTURE
Always seek and respect clear, enthusiastic consent in all interactions—physical, emotional, and energetic. “No” is a complete sentence. We hold space for autonomy and boundaries at all times.
5. ACCOUNTABILITY & FEEDBACK
Mistakes are part of the journey. We value accountability and are committed to growth. If concerns arise, report them to an OWA crew member or via our official feedback channels. We pledge to respond with integrity and care.
6. CARE FOR THE MISSION
Respect all venues, equipment, art installations, and natural environments. Pack in, pack out. Treat every shared resource as sacred and vital to our collective voyage.
7. REPRESENT THE VISION
When participating in OWA events, you are a representative of our shared ethos. Whether you’re on stage, behind the booth, vending, or attending—embody the spirit of interstellar harmony, creativity, and radical inclusion.
8. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSE
OWA enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, assault, or abuse of any kind. Violations will result in removal from the event and potential legal or contractual consequences.
By entering an Offworld Adventures space, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct in both word and action.
