Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Offworld Adventures! This application adds you to our Vendor Network and allows you to vend at any OWA-produced events, subject to approval and payment of a $40.00 vendor fee per event.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Vendor Fee: A non-refundable fee of $40.00 per event is required to participate. Payment must be received prior to event confirmation.
  2. Canopy Setup: Vendors must supply their own 8'x8' or 10'x10' pop-up canopy or booth setup.
  3. Creative Space Encouraged: Vendors are encouraged to create vibrant, engaging, and visually creative spaces that enhance the event atmosphere.
  4. Profits: Vendors retain 100% of all profits made during events.
  5. Conduct: Vendors are expected to maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times. Vendors must adhere to Offworld Adventures’ Code of Conduct.
  6. Complaints Policy: Vendors receiving more than three (3) complaints from event patrons may be removed from the Vendor Network at OWA’s sole discretion.
  7. Electricity: Vendors are responsible for supplying their own electricity, if needed.
  8. Event Access: Vendors may access the event site 2 hours before event start time for setup and remain onsite for 1 hour after event end time for teardown.

EVENT PARTICIPATION
Vendors will be notified of upcoming vending opportunities. Participation in each event is contingent on approval and vendor fee payment.
